If you are contacted by a customer not wishing to receive anymore email or SMS communications, please follow the steps below to ensure the customer is correctly removed from any mailing lists:
- Customer does not wish to receive communications from Barber DTS
- Login to NetSuite
- Find the Customer Account, if they have multiple accounts this process will need completing for each account they have or you can merge the relevant duplicate accounts by clicking on 'duplicates' selecting the primary and duplicates and NetSuite will merge these accounts. (you will see the ‘Warning This record may have duplicates’ message show below).
- Click on Edit for the Customer Account
- Click on the Custom Tab towards the bottom of the customer account record.
- Untick email and / or SMS this will remove them from email and SMS communications.
- Click save.
