  1. Which website are you referring to?
  2. Which Device was the customer using?
  3. Which Browser was the customer using?
  4. We need the customer ID or email addresses
  5. What SKU’s were the customers ordering?
  6. What payment method has been used?
  7. Were there any error messages?


This is the minimum level of detail required to start any investigation.
