- Which website are you referring to?
- Which Device was the customer using?
- Which Browser was the customer using?
- We need the customer ID or email addresses
- What SKU’s were the customers ordering?
- What payment method has been used?
- Were there any error messages?
This is the minimum level of detail required to start any investigation.
