If your sales order goes into ZZSigloch technical issues status, there are several things you can check:

  1. Check the tab called 3PL, what does the error message say?
  2. Do the items on the order all have a preferred bin allocated?  The Purchasing team can help you determine this if you are not sure how to check.
  3. Do the items on the order all have the dimensions and weights populated?  if not, the order will go through to be processed by 3PL.  If this is the case the Purchasing team will need to update this data before the order can be pushed to 3PL.
  4. Within the tab Related Records, if an Item Fulfilment already exists and the status remains at zzSigLoch Technical Issues, which with 3PL to understand if they have the order.
    1. If they have the order, no further action is required, the order will update once it has been shipped.
    2. If they do not have the order, the Item Fulfilment will need removing from the order, check with Purchasing if you are not able to do this.
    3. You can now click SigLoch ready to print.
